Terms & Conditions

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at any time provided we haven't processed the order. Email our orders department quoting your order number and we will cancel it for you.

Refunds & Returns

If for any reason you wish to return goods, please email your request to us via customerservices@playtimeshop.co.uk quoting your order number.

Goods, which have been used or damaged, cannot be exchanged.

With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, return postage, packing insurance and direct costs cannot be refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery

We aim to deliver in 5 working days of recept of order, but please allow up to 14 days, (goods paid by cheque will take an extra 5 working days). Please note that you can track the status of your order via the accounts section of our web site.

Next day delivery can be added (at an extra cost) during the checkout process.
